All services are carried out with reasonable care, skill and professional standards. Service offerings, pricing and availability may change from time to time.
Quotes & Pricing
Service pricing listed on the website is provided as a guide only.
Some services are listed as “from” pricing due to variations in vehicle type, parts required and additional maintenance items.
If additional repairs or service items are identified during a booking, customers will be contacted and approval will be obtained before any additional work is carried out.
Bookings & Appointments

Customers can book services through the website, phone or other communication channels.
By booking a service, you confirm that:
• The vehicle details provided are accurate
• The vehicle will be available at the scheduled time and location
• Safe access to the vehicle is available
Mellow Automotive reserves the right to reschedule bookings if unforeseen circumstances occur.
Vehicle Condition and Diagnosis
Automotive diagnostics and inspections are based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection.
While reasonable care is taken during diagnostics and servicing, additional faults may be discovered after repairs begin or during further vehicle use.
Mellow Automotive cannot guarantee that diagnosing one issue will identify every possible mechanical fault within a vehicle.
Customer Approval for Additional Work
No additional repairs will be carried out without customer approval.
If further work is required, a quote will be provided before proceeding.
Payment

Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include electronic transfer, card payment or other available payment options.
Failure to complete payment may result in recovery action or additional fees where applicable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers should provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a booking.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
Vehicle Access & Safety
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the vehicle for service work.
Mellow Automotive reserves the right to refuse or stop work if working conditions are unsafe.
Limitation & Liability
Mellow Automotive will take reasonable care when servicing vehicles.
However, we are not responsible for:
• Pre existing mechanical issues
• Wear and tear related failures
• Faults unrelated to the service performed
• Damage resulting from previously undisclosed vehicle issues
Nothing in these terms excludes rights provided under Australian Consumer Law.
